We will be at Petco on Craycroft/Broadway every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 12.00 pm - 4.00 pm

All of our foster dogs are rescued from Pima Animal Care Center. They are neutered or spayed, current on vaccinations and micro-chipped. They have lived in a foster home so we know something about them, their temperment, what type of home would make a good match for them, etc.

The adoption fee covers the basic costs of preparing them as well as helping somewhat with vet bills that can be incurred. When we place a dog there is always another waiting right behind them so the sooner we adopt a dog out, the more we can save. They all have their own little (and big) personalities and are wonderful and special in their own right and given a chance can become the most precious of companions.

One of our adoptive parents said if she had to choose between her new four legged daughter and her husband she'd have a hard time. We let prospective parents have an at home visit for 1 to 3 days with a deposit of the adoption fee which is returned if there is no match. This way people can get to know a dog a bit before making a commitment.

We really hope that people will take guardianship of a pet seriously and not let life's inconveniences make that animal disposable though sometimes impossible things do happen and in that event we would want an adopter to let us know so that we can find a new home.
